Formulary : Formulary Search
For our 2010 searchable listing, click a letter below to find the name of your prescription, and see if it is covered by ’Ohana. For brand name medications, the active ingredients will be in parentheses next to the brand name medication. On the search results page for each drug, if the Formulary Tier description says “Tiers 1-4” the drug is covered by ’Ohana. If the Formulary Tier description says “Non-Formulary” the drug is not covered by ’Ohana. If the Tier description states “Excluded” this drug is not covered and is excluded from coverage under Medicare Part D.

’Ohana covers both brand name drugs and generic drugs. Generic drugs have the same active-ingredient formula as a brand name drug. Generic drugs usually cost less than brand name drugs and are rated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to be as safe and effective as brand name drugs.
