Seasonal Flu

This year, members 6 months and older should get a flu shot. This shot protects against the flu.  It can also protect you from the H1N1 virus that caused so much illness two seasons ago. One way to stay safe is to stay informed. Visit FLU.GOV  to keep up-to-date.

‘Ohana offers flu shots to its members at no cost. You can get a flu shot at your provider’s office, a participating pharmacy, or clinic. Some participating pharmacies are:

  1. CVS Caremark
  2. Walgreens
  3. Rite Aid
  4. Kroger
  5. Longs Drugs
  6. Medicine Shoppe
  7. Target

Please call Customer Service if you need help finding a participating provider. The number can be found on the back of your ID card.  Additional information can be found at www.webmd.com (This is a public Internet site that has information on health care, pharmacy information, and a symptom checklist).

Clinical Guidelines:

Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPG's) are best practices based on expert medical industry data. Together with our providers, we use these standards to help improve the care our members get. Each guideline on our CPG list also includes Personal Health (PH) information. You may find it helpful to know in dealing with certain condition(s). Click on the links below to see each CPG.
