The 'Ohana Service Coordinator

We understand the complexity of the health care delivery system. Your local on-island 'Ohana service coordinator is a trained health care professional and is your advocate within the plan, in the community and across the different health care services.

'Ohana has employees that are located in Hawai‘i. When you attend an 'Ohana event, you will meet with 'Ohana associates who live and work in your neighborhood.

We have friendly employees trained to answer all your questions. 'Ohana Customer Department is available from 7:45am to 5:30pm (Hawaiian Time) to help you with:

• Translation services.
• Getting materials in alternate formats.
• Benefit questions.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Getting a list of providers in the Plan.
• Regardless of the need 'Ohana Customer Service Department is here for you.
