Medicare : Member Log In
On the right hand side of your screen you will see "Member/Provider Secure Sign-In." If you aren't already a registered member, click on "Member sign up" to register. Only active and current 'Ohana members are able to register.
In the secured member portal, as a member you can:
- Access your plan information
- Check your eligibility
- Check on authorization status
- Check your claim's status
- Order a replacement ID card and check your order status
- Access the Health Corner (health and fitness information)
- Read any messages 'Ohana sends you
- Read the 'Ohana newsletter
- Update your username and password
- Change your account information including your address and Primary Care Physician
- Access your plan materials including Summary of Benefits and Evidence of Coverage
